Our Criteria for Selection
- Value & Experienced
Venues must have proven experience in accommodating conferences, meetings, training requirements or corporate events. Value must be represented in all elements of their product and service offerings.
- Communication & Customer Service
Venues require a reputation of customer focus in all activities from planning through to delivery of events, including delegate comfort, safety and satisfaction levels.
- Location & Accessibility
Venues need to be within our geographic reach, preferably near business districts and have close access to transport facilities or onsite parking where applicable.
- Technology & Technical Assistance
Venues need to either have both an internal technical department and equipment onsite or outsource these elements to external providers familiar with the venue and its clientele. A range of options need to be available.
- Food & Beverage
Venues need to either have an internal F&B team or external providers familiar with the venue and its clientele. A range of options need to be available.
