The heart of the resort is the commercial complex which includes reception, The Jetty Restaurant and Conference Centre 1, which can be divided to offer two separate rooms. The complex boasts 180 degree views over the beautiful Lake Macquarie.

Conference Centre 2 houses three conference rooms with access to covered verandahs via double glass doors. Each room offers a bush or lake aspect and natural lighting.
